Have you read the Constitution?

There’s been too much ignorant blather about guns, school shootings and the U.S. Constitution. We’ll clear things up.

People! Guns are in the Constitution, right there in the Second Amendment. Second Amendment. That’s a high number. Well, a low number but a high priority, like right after No. 1. The gun amendment is that important.

In constitutional terms, it’s second only to the president, if the president is Republican, especially because the First Amendment is all wrong about the press.

Have you even read the Constitution? Children aren’t mentioned anywhere. It’s. Silent. About. Children.

An oversight? Hell no. Many of the Founding Dads had children, both legitimate and illegitimate, so we know they knew about the little scamps. The only reasonable conclusion is they valued guns over kids.

You asked about human embryos. Yes, yes, we know they’re not in the Constitution. But here’s the thing. The Founders didn’t know about embryos! Science gets lots wrong (hello vaccines), but it’s spot-on about embryos. Thank goodness the Supreme Court is about to put them in the Constitution – after, of course, guns.
