Study: There are 2 kinds of people

We today take on the biggest divide in human history. And it’s not blue states versus red states or vaxxers versus anti-vaxxers. It’s not even, remarkably, Aaron Rodgers lovers versus Aaron Rodgers haters.

We refer to early-to-bedders versus late-to-bedders.

Truth telling such as ours often is received poorly, as the Old Testament prophets learned. So, before we report our findings, you must know:

  • Our review of previous studies on this topic found none reporting the correct results.
  • Our conclusions are based solely on observation.
  • Our sample size – the author and his spouse – is too small to be statistically valid.
  • Our results haven’t been peer reviewed.

As must be clear, you can trust us. Here’s what we found.

Time to bed is immaterial. It’s not when we retire that matters. It’s when we arise come morning. Generally, the earlier to bed, the earlier awake. And the earlier awake, the better positioned we are to enjoy the best time of day – early morning.

So, based on the study results, we find there are two kinds of people.

Early risers.

And morning wasters.
